If you can't download a file

If you can not download any files on our websites, please read this help article.


Most of the time it is a wrong configurated browser. WE test our site with the following browsers and plugins.

  • Firefox with Flash and DownThemAll. DownThemAll is a download manager
  • GoogleChrome
  • Internet Explorer 10/11 with Flash

It is important that you have javascript enabled

Please make sure that you don't use a download manager like, freedownload manager orbit downloader or jdownloader. In the past there were a lot of issues like 0bytes zip files.
